ADVANCED FILTRATION SYSTEM DUST COLLECTOR

The MRM Dust Collector from Murphy Rodgers, has an advanced filtration system that only allows clean air to pass through its exhauster, protecting and extending its life. This affordable, low-maintenance dust collector also offers primary and secondary separation sections. It is easy to install, and offers a number of flexible options to accommodate individual site requirements.

The highly efficient dust collector offers two filter sections. Its primary separation section takes the heavy particles and drops them into a storage area. Only minute particles rise into the secondary filter area. There the dust is removed and only clean air passes up through the exhauster and out the unit. Particles and heavier materials do not pass through the exhauster, eliminating the risk of fire caused by sparks generated by materials hitting the exhauster's blades. The collector is enclosed in steel for additional fire protection.

Easy to install and low on maintenance, all sections of the MRM are readily accessible. Once the filters have been cleaned with the shaker mechanism, the MRM requires only one pick up point for dust particles. In addition, this dust collector can be installed outside or inside, even in those facilities with low ceiling areas or where they have a minimum amount of floor space.
